IN & OUT!!!

Day 2 of my program was my last day--for now
Whoa how fast things can change!! My Neuromuscular Program lasted only 2 days! Not even as long as the Kardashian wedding. Crazy, I know. I'm going to have to put that plan on hold for a while. Talk about a load on a person's plate! My plate is extremely full at the moment. With the announcement of the Abu Dhabi triathlon camp last week, things have really started to skyrocket for the RnR Tri Camps. Now with the possibility of us adding more triathlon camps such as one in Lake Annecy France, a camp in Boulder CO, a camp in St. Pete FL as well as our already established Greece camp and Abu Dhabi camp....my hubby needs me to teach swim technique, and so that's what I'll be doing. Not only that, having a pro triathlete hubby means A LOT of traveling to races!! Not sure how I would have been able to get all my clinical hours in for the program. With R already adding new *potential* races to the schedule,  looks like I'll need to try and learn to sprechen Deutsch  for a race in Germany in July.  With all of that being said, I had to pull out of the NMT program for now. Our coaching business must come first! I can't say that I am at completely sad about having to postpone the program...school will always be there ( thanks Laura for that advice hehe) and these camp/travel opportunities are amazing and I certainly am not missing out on them!!

With that being said, my focus for the next while will be back to swim. My life will revolve around it! I will be finishing up studies in swim anatomy and biomechanics and then once that is done...more swim clinics.
These are from my text books. There's a whole lot more to swimming than what meets the eye!!
I will immerse myself ;) once again in everything swimming and will absolutely love it!  On the tri camps, I will be working with all athletes of all levels...from complete beginner to Kona athletes. This will be a challenge I assure you. Triathletes always crave swim technique work on any camp that we've had in the past and this will definitely make for busy busy days for moi! I love doing it and being able to work alongside Rich and Dirk Bockel in Abu Dhabi is one fantastic opportunity!!! I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am about it all.
Doing my thing!

Stay tuned for more camp info!!

On the training front...just started running again about 2 weeks now and am pain free in my knee. Unfortunately, I missed out on my important training sessions for the marathon in a few days, so have canned it. I don't see the point in going out to just get around it. This time I was on a mission but it will have to wait, just like my class!!  I will likely try and run a trail half marathon in a few weeks and then it's back to full on training . Got a super busy Rev3 season coming up and cannot wait for that!!

Wow. Is there anything going on in your life that DIDN"T change and get completely turned upside down?

Looks like everything got all mixed up for the better though. Enjoy it all.
