Besides that, I made my way to the pool last night. I could tell I was still tired for the first 200m or so, then I got into my rhythm and it felt really good. It was nice too, because I kicked out the remaining soreness from my legs on the swim. I ended up going an easy 3200 and called it a night. Once I got home, I put on the faithful Uggs. Those boots are the best feeling things I think I have ever had on my feet. My foot actually didn't give me any pain while I had them on....I have found my therapy haha! Not much else to report...still taking it easy on the injury in hopes it will work itself out :) I'm sure it will...it always does.
Lastly, I came across this today...I have seen it many times before and every time I read it, it moves me....enjoy!
